Idiot-Proof Citrus Pie

Method:
Heat oven to 350˚F.
Put all ingredients except tart shell into a blender or food processor and process for 3 to 4 minutes until the ingredients are liquefied.
Pour into tart shell. Bake until pie is set and golden, approximately 40 minutes.
Cool before serving. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
Note: A fine, applause worthy pie even the most challenged baker can master. For best results use a pie crust that comes in a roll and press it into a tarte shell with a removeable bottom. If that sounds too daunting any old pie crust will do. With skills that limited, they'll be impressed that you tried at all!
