Method:
Grilled Watermelon:
Preheat grill for indirect heat cooking.
Grill watermelon squares to mark each side; chill.
For each serving, sprinkle with feta, drizzle with remaining vinaigrette. Finish each with a dollop of caviar. Makes 6 canapes servings.
Champagne Vinaigrette
Mix all ingredients and bring together with a whisk; chill. Makes 3 cups.
