Louisiana Ambrosia

Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients: 
  • Supremes from 4 large oranges
  • Supremes from 4 large ruby red grapefruits
  • Seeds from 1 pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Method: 

Prepare supremes (peeled sections of the citrus) over small bowl to catch juice. Combine orange and grapefruit with pomegranate seeds, pecans, and coconut; add reserved juice as needed.

Serve at room temperature.
