Satsuma Dried Cranberries and Blue Cheese Salad

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
Method:
Drizzle 1/2 cup of poppy seed dressing or your favorite dressing around the inside edge of your bowl. Add all the ingredients including salt and pepper to taste and gently toss with tongs making sure to coat all pieces.
Divide evenly among 4 chilled plates and garnish with blue cheese.
Serve.
