Ingredients: 
Method: 
In a medium bowl, beat eggs well with a wire whisk. Stir in garlic. Gradually add oil in a thin stream, beating constantly until light and creamy.
 Season with salt and pepper. Stir in lemon juice.
Refrigerate.
