Frangipane Filling

Ingredients: 
 

  • 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon almond paste
  • 2 tabelspoons sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cake flour
  • 2  large eggs

Frangipane

Frangipane Filling

Method: 

Mix together almond paste and sugar until evenly blended. Add butter, mix; add flour, mix. Add eggs, mix until smooth.

It is now ready to use in your favorite recipe. Proceed with recipe calling for Frangipane filling.
