Hot Cheesy Beer Dip

Method:
In a saucepan cook onion, garlic and tarragon in butter. Stir in the cornstarch. Add beer all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Gradually add cheeses, stirring until melted.
Serve with tortilla chips or bread cubes.
