Louisiana Kitchen & Culture is a new, nationally distributed  magazine that celebrates the culture, cuisine, and culinary heritage of Louisiana. The
magazine was announced in 
October of 2011 and the first issue came off press in April of 2012.

The founding partners are Susan Ford and Jyl Benson, and, while the business is based in New Orleans, the editorial ranges across the diversity of the entire state.
