You need to thank an employee  of Zatarain's for my new subscription.  This gentleman provides a lot of great recipies from the New Orleans area.  Comes to me Via a Marine buddy.  Today I start your Magazine.

I nave never met this gentleman but he certainly comes up with some great N O style recipies and my "Brother" Hank forewards it on to a number of us "grunts".  This time is was an opportunity to sign up with Lousiana Kitchen & Culture.  Looking foreward to it.
