Cooking Demonstrations at the 2012 Louisiana Seafood Festival
Stop by this weekend! The cooking demonstration stage is located near the Conti Street entrance to Woldenberg Park. You'll find Louisiana Kitchen & Culture staff there for the next three days, pick up a copy of the magazine and enjoy great weather, great music, and of course, great Louisiana seafood. Learn Louisiana Seafood Cooking from the Experts
A new addition to the festival, the Louisiana Seafood Pavilion gives festival goers the opportunity to purchase fresh, local seafood products and have them delivered to their home address. This Pavilion will also feature chef demonstrations from some of the top seafood chefs in the city. These chefs will reveal their secrets to exceptional seafood preparation and cooking.
