Spiced, Orange-Scented Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients: 
Method: 
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange zest, and 1/2 cup water; season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until berries have burst, remove froom heat and allow to cool completely.
Serve at room temperature.
