Southern Candymaker's Baked Brie with Praline Glaze

Serves 10 to 12 as an appetizer

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup Southern Candymakers Praline Pecan Sauce

Method: 

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet

Roll puff pastry out slightly and place Brie on top (leave rind on). Top Brie with Praline Pecan Sauce and bundle puff pastry up and around the cheese.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with French bread rounds or crackers.
