Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Serves 4 to 6

Note: Since the potatoes are cut into chunks they only take about 1/2 hour in the oven yet are nicely crisp on the outside. |
Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Method:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Wash potatoes thouroughly since you will be using the skins.
In a large roasting pan toss in potato cubes iwth remaining ingredients.
Stirring once half way through roast the potatoes for approximately 30 minutes until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
Garnish with roseary (optional)
Serve hot.
