Cucumber Fizz

Serves 1

Ingredients: 
  • 1 1/2 parts Grey Goose vodka
  • 1/2 part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 parts cucumber juice
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1/2 part lemon juice
  • lemon zest. cucumber slices, mint, for garnish
  • lemonade or club soda

Method: 

ln a cocktail shaker, mix vodka, St. Germain, cucumber juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Shake vigorously and double strain. 

​Serve in a highball glass with cubed ice and garnish with mint, cucumber slices, and lemon zest.

​Top with lemonade or club soda.
