Cornmeal Chicken Nuggets

Serves 4

Ingredients: 
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • ​2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ​2 whole large chicken breasts,skinned,boned and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 lbs)
  • ​2/3 cup cornmeal
  • ​1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Method: 

In a bowl stir together butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add chicken and toss to coat each piece. In a plastic bag stir together cornmeal and Parmesan cheese.
Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, closing bag and shaking to coat pieces well.

Place chicken pieces in a single layer in 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake in 450˚F oven for 7 to 9 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink on inside.

​Serve hot with your favorite barbeque sauce, ketchup or hot sauce.
