Jyl and I are happy to say that the second issue (July/August) of Louisiana Kitchen is off press and on its way to subscribers and newsstands across the country. We loved the premiere issue, but this one is even better; we eagerly await feedback. As before, Creative Director Scott Ott and Culinary Media Director David Gallent did a great job with the design and photography, and of course the editorial content is fantastic.
Inside this issue
You'll find 100 pages containing 95 (95!) recipes, more than 150 photographs, and our writers take you on road trips reaching from the far northwest corner of the state all the way down to the mouth of the Mississippi river in the southeastern corner.
If you still haven't subscribed, there's time. We'll mail another round to subscribers in a few weeks.
