As I write this Wednesday afternoon in the middle of a deluge, it's hard to believe anyone would want to get outside and grill, but our weather is supposed to be spectacular this weekend. Just in time for Cinco de Mayo! It's my friend Colin's birthday; I wish we still lived close enough to each other to celebrate with a few margaritas. With that in mind, the recipes I've selected for inclusion this week will get you outside, cooking with a margarita in hand. Next weekend (May 14) is Mother's Day.
