The City of St. Martinville will be celebrating the 200th anniversary of its incorporation! Renaissance de la Ville will be Saturday, January 28, 2017!

Join the community at Longfellow-Evangeline State Park for a full day of events including:
a re-enactment, singing, food, games, fun, storytelling, and more!

Come out for a celebration of all that is to love about our beautiful and historic city!

Free of charge and open to the public.
Cajun and Creole Cookers, variety of gumbos
Hotdogs for kids
All day activities for the kids and families
Storytelling, native crafts, games
Entire park will be open for touring
10 am:  Re-enactment of the signing of incorporation
done by 5th graders at St. Martinville Primary
1 pm to 3 pm: Afternoon concert & ecumenical service 
Local choirs, high school band
3 pm:  Fais do do
Family & School Reunions are welcome
