Ingredients:

3 fresh mint leaves
2 lime wedges
1 thin slice fresh ginger (about the size of a quarter), chopped
1 tsp sugar
2 ounces Lillet blanc (chilled)
4 ice cubes
club soda, tonic water, or sparkling water
1 leaf mint, for garnish

Method:

Muddle the mint, lime, ginger, and sugar in a shaker. Add the Lillet and ice, and give a very good shake untill your hands can`t hold the shaker because it's so cold.

Pour into a ice filled glass and top up with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
