Isaacson Hash (children's recipe)

Main Course

Serve 4

Ingredients:

1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons salad oil
1 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Isaacson Hash

Method:

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cook onion, green pepper and meat in oil in a skillet over medium heat until meat is browned. Add all other ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
