Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Condiments and Sauces

Makes 1 pint

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 4 green onions, white and green parts, lightly grilled
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cane vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon or 2 tablespoons fresh
  • pinch of salt

 

Green Goddess Dressing

RECIPE NAME 

 

Method: 

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
