Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Side Dish

Serves 4 to 6

Recipe courtesy of "The Tobasco Brand cookbook"

Ingredients: 
  • 4 russet potatoes, unpeeled cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Pepper Sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Note: Since the potatoes are cut into chunks they only take about 1/2 hour in the oven yet are nicely crisp on the outside.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Method: 

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Wash potatoes thouroughly since you will be using the skins.
In a large roasting pan toss in potato cubes iwth remaining ingredients.
Stirring once half way through roast the potatoes for approximately 30 minutes until they are tender when pierced with a fork.

Garnish with roseary (optional)
Serve hot.
