Gumbo Giusto with Birdfoot Festival

When:
Nov 8, 2015
Event Description:
Gumbo Giusto with Birdfoot Festival
Time:

6:30pm  8:30pm

Great gumbo, like a great string quartet performance, is much more than the sum of its ingredients (or musicians) — It’s an unforgettable melding of rich notes, flavors, and textures that nourish the soul as well as the body. Join Purloo's Chef Ryan Hughes and the Argus Quartet, the Birdfoot Festival’s Fall 2015 Artists-in-Residence, for a delicious and musical evening that includes:

  • • Seafood Gumbo demonstration by Chef Hughes
  • • A “tasting concert” performed by the Argus Quartet
  • • Post-concert social with Chef Hughes and the Argus Quartet, gumbo and refreshments

*Giusto means "just right” or, "as it should be.”
