The Louisiana Swine Festival kicks off on Friday with a Kiddie Fair; finish the evening with live music. Saturday, enjoy the Pork Cookoff, the Queen's Boudin Eating Contest and Greasy Pig Chase, and more live music. Sunday there's a street dance, a fair, and more music.
